      <title>EOS Utility options grayed out, "Could not connect to server" message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've followed the (less that clear) instructions to connect my R5 II to a Windows PC using the Canon EOS utility. The utility starts on the PC when the camera is in range. But the three options to download images, control and setup the camera are greyed out. The preference button does nothing. The refresh button returns the message &amp;lt;Could not connect to server&amp;gt;. What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done all that. The app opens on the PC with a window to select the camera by name. So they are taking to each other. Just nothing happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
