    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello friends!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our users have been reporting failed installations of EOS utility on their MacBook Pros.&amp;nbsp; We've found that it happens on 50% of the systems we've tried.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They're running OSX version 10.15.4.&amp;nbsp; MacBook Pros.&amp;nbsp; EOS installer version M3.12.10.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After trying multiple troubleshooting steps (including posts in this forum), the easiest resolution was to change the Preferred Language in System Preferences just before running the installer.&amp;nbsp; Once the software is installed, change it back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's where we got the idea.&amp;nbsp; It's an old thread but was marked as the "helpful answer" and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6830340" target="_blank"&gt;https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6830340&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps someone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
