EDSDK for EOS 2000D

Hi,

I am trying to download EDSDK for EOS 2000D but unfortunately I could not sign up for developer account. It is saying the "admin does not allowing to signup now" what a unnecassary message. Could you help me how to download it? or if anybody has it somewhere please let me know. I am developing an app with vb.net for my personal development and as a challange. I will be very appreciated.
