Video is ok, camera shows sound level.

What is going wrong ?

It is a web cam. I think the key word or phrase here is "cam". It is providing video. For example, the camera in most laptops can be used as a "web cam, which is what the Can Web Cam Beta seems to emulate.

I do not use OBS, so I am not familiar with it. I would expect that it allows you to define a video device independently of an audio device. When I use MS Teams, I define my video device independently of my audio devices.

I checked with xsplit, same as OBS. WebCamUtility software problem ???

Why can nobody help me ?

Tried with 2 PC´s , Win7, Win10, OBS, Xsplit, different cables ..differnt settings ...

Video was always shown after installation, no sound. Camera level meter shows sound. Windows mixer shows OBS

Read the main thread. There is no sound capability in the beta. You need to connect a microphone to the computer.
