The software works fine with video - but does not recognize the sill photos from Canon R5 and RF 5.2mm lens

I am not very familiar with the lens from experience. I do know that it has specifically designed for creating 3D virtual reality videos. I do not believe 2D still images were a design intent. The difference in resolution between a frame of 3D video and 45MP still image is significant.

I have the same problem. It is supposed to support still images. Mine was in Canon Raw.
