&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What camera are you using?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s not clear if you are trying to connect wirelessly or via USB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s not clear what error message(s) you are seeing, if any.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What communication mode is the camera set up to use.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s not clear what device you’re using as a hotspot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) I have a new ASUS workstation with Windows 11 Professional including all updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) My Canon EOS Mark IV Firmware is up to up to date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) AVG virus protection is turned off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) I have established a Wi-Fi connection between the camera and workstation.&amp;nbsp; Assigned camera name and password are correct and retrievable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6) EOE Utility will not connect to the camera.&amp;nbsp; Help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a EOS 5D Mark IV, I have a Yi Fi connection, from the Camera,&amp;nbsp; to my new Windows 11 computer.&amp;nbsp; EOS Utility can't find the connection.&amp;nbsp; EOS Utility works with cable.&amp;nbsp; "Communication mode" I have tried them all.&amp;nbsp; If you have recommendation please provide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LookingAtSand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
