EOS R5 C, RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye: VR Utility glitching when opening files

Hello all. My team and I recently stared using our EOS 5 RC with the RF 3D/VR dual lense.

The issue that I am having is when opening the files in the Vr Utility I am getting 4 pictures instead of 2.

The guys in my team are using the same files and everything is working fine. The only difference is they never installed the plugin fro Premier Pro.

I have deleted the program and reinstalled it and it is still playing up.

Please can ayone help or has anyone else has the same issue?

For reference: should only show 2 pictures not 4.

Sorry. I don't have a VR lens and am not using the utility. I would suggest contacting support. They may be able to point you in the right direction as far as where to look for the plugin. 1-800-652-2666 Alternatively, System Restore or Time Machine (if MAC)
