I was able to reproduce the issue and was prompted to install the Canon HEVC Activator. You can access the software <A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-r6-mark-ii#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers" target="_self">HERE</A> on the EOS R6 Mark II software page.
