      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon EOS 20D and have been struggling to find out why it will not work with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I have tried searching online for drivers, because I had the error that the driver is unavailable:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no compatible drivers for this device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to share the fix that I was not able to find anywhere online! The solution was to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;change the "Communication" mode in the camera menu settings from “Normal” to “PTP”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
