Can I use the Canon VR Content Creator Kit to produce content for playback on my 3D projector?

I am old school. I have a computer and Nvidia card that outputs separate left/right video to a 3D projector. The viewer experiences active stereo when they wear 3D glasses. I know some 3D cameras can output separate Left/Right files to be edited in Adobe Premier which outputs a stereo MP4 file. That file is played back on the computer using a 3D software. Can I use VR Content Creator Kit to produce content for playback on my 3D projector and use Adobe Premier for editing? Or is the Canon VR Content Creator Kit mostly for playback on a VR headset and won't work with my workflow? Thank you!

I don't see why it wouldn't work:
