I bought an EOS RP with stopmotion fw (which live in 1920 x 1080 in Stopmotion software) 5 months ago and haven't had time to test it until now. I connected to Dragonframe (Latest version 2024) and it show the live HD is still 960 x 640 and the zoom in focus is working weird when it doesn't focus in the center of the frame when I zoom in (please watch the video). What should I do now? How can I contact Canon support to check if it an error or something. My English isn't good, sorry if something is not clear.
p/s: I already tried test on the old version of Dragonframe (version 4) and nothing change. I don't have this problem with other camera
