Why can't I send raw images from my EOS 6D to image.canon? Is it normal? I can only send JPGs

The FAQ on the website says you can - are you sure the 6D is a Canon camera? 8^) - but image.canon has had a *lot* of teething pains. This could be one.

Yes, I'm sure. It's Canon camera. Moreover, EOS 6D is on the compatibility list.

Neither can I with my two Canon EOS 6D. Works with Canon EOS M5.
It is possible to transfer raw files from 6D to third-party apps.

I use firmware 1.1.6 for 6D.

I know this, but I would like to work with only one application. I am still using EOS Utility 3.

The EOS-1D X Mark III is supported, as are various mirrorless cameras. This is about the future, not about the past. Whether this scheme has a future, I can't say. It will depend in large part on ease-of-use and WiFi and cellular data speed. I'm going to try it with my RP this weekend.
