      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I just got the canon eos 2000d and I have been having trouble with the eos utility software connecting to image.canon every time I follow the steps , but when I enter my email and password it tells me login failed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Tarek1,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let's make sure that the firmware of the camera is up-to-date. You would want to have version 1.2.0. This allows you to be able to use this camera model with image.canon.&amp;nbsp;In order to access all menu items, make sure that you set the camera to one of the Creative modes such as, P, Av, Tv, or M. I would suggest setting the camera to the P mode for checking/updating the firmware. You will find the firmware listed in the yellow wrench menu #3. If the firmware needs to be updated, you can do so &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-rebel-t7#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
