topic EOS VR Utility Import Error "There are clips the application cannot handle" in Camera Software

Hi, Ive just got my hands on an R5C and the RF dual fisheye 5.2mm lens. I'm trying to import the 8k RAW footage into the VR utility for correction (I have subscribed as well) but i keep getting the error that "There are one or more clips that the application cannot handle". What kind of vague error is that? Did i just spend $10k on a camera package just to be hit with a dud from the software?

Hello asadaftab99,

I have attached a link to the manual for the VR Utility HERE, specifically the supported clips page. You can use this guide to insure that you are importing the clips correctly.
