1D mk III firmware not available on the website?

Greetings,

I just got a brand-used 1D mk III and noticed the firmware was super out of date. Went to go download the firmware to update and it does not come up at all in the list of downloads. Can anyone tell me how I'd go about getting this to the latest firmware now?
