You should then be able to transfer your image files to the desired location using Windows File Explorer. You may need to do a Windows Update so Win11 will recognize your camera and memory card combination.</P><P>If this still doesn't work, then the simplest solution would be to buy a USB card reader to transfer your images to the computer. It's just a matter of removing the card from the camera, placing it in the card reader and then plugging the reader into an available USB port.
