&lt;P&gt;Let's check to see if there is a current version of EOS Utility installed on your computer. If so, then let's uninstall it prior to installing the latest version from our website. You may also check and run the installation using administrator access when opening the "Setup" file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also suggest on extracting the contents of the ZIP file to your hard drive rather than running the setup file from within the compressed ZIP file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please also check to see if there is any security software or security settings running on your computer that may prevent software from being installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
