New exiftool version supports dr4 files created by DPP in HDR PQ mode

Exiftool version 12.81 now displays information put into dr4 recipe files by the Canon DPP program when editing in HDR PQ mode. These dr4 files are different from those created when a recipe is saved and one is not in HDR PQ mode.
