I don't have a 90D, but I was able to download a RAW example from dpreview. Opening up in ACR, I showed ISO 640 which matched what was reported on their web site. But when importing into Apple's Photos application, the ISO doesn't display (shows only a hyphen which typically means "no data").

I then took one of my own RAW files from an EOS 5D IV and both ACR and Photos showed the correct ISO value:

It was just reported on the Apple bard that teh Big Sur version of Photos does not show the ISO info from a 90D raw file.

It seems to depend on the camera and the version of Photos.

Can someone with a Mac and 90D check this out for me?
