Canon Software neefs permission to install...but...tried on thee computers

I know what admin privileges, and all three of my laptops run in Admin mode.

But the downloded Canon software will not even estract stating: "You need permission for this."

I have installed software for three decades and how much more "permssion" can I get above Admin?

Sorry, I thought this was the camera > software forum. I't's a camera, Canon SX420IS, and I should have noted that. The software should install on a computer to "see' the camera and download pics via WiFi. But the software refuses to run because the msg says, "Need Permission".

I have full Admin mode so don't know how to get "more" emission.
