    <description>&lt;P&gt;when connecting my camera to the program, digital photo pro 4, under camera control it states that the camera is not connected when it is plugged into the computer with the proper cable,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the eos utility is greyed out, will not allow me to download pictures to the computer ..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;lens registration tool: states that the camera is not recognized&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;network setting tool does not work, with all the proper information for network, password, wifi network etc, nothing..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess my camera is out of date, or am I missing something .. I verified all the software was updated and everything .. I have just about zero ability to run the camera on my laptop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MacBook Pro, Ventura 13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Camera: Rebel T7&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned off in the camera before using the USB cable, or it won't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
