I am hard connected via USB. It worked fine with my older Mac running Mojave, but I need it to work with my laptop using Catalina (OS10.15.7). Unfortunately, when I go in to Live View, the app shuts down. If I just try to take a photo, the connection gets "lost" and the app shuts down again. My firmware is up-to-date on the camera.
