EOS 4000D Images won't show up in Canon Camera Connect

I have recently taken some photos with my EOS 4000D , I have connected to my phone to download them to it and they aren’t showing up? They are showing up on the camera but not on the connecting app. I have deleted and downloaded it back multiple times but it still isn’t working. I have also ensured that I’ve clicked on All images to download and they are still not showing up? Can anyone help me

Hi did you ever resolve this? I’m having the same issue and never have had this problem prior.
