      <title>EOS M50 Mark II My recordings won't transfer??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I recently recorded about 3 hours worth of footage in 30-minute intervals on a Canon EOS M50 Mark II, as it only records in 30 minute intervals, which is fine. The problem I'm having is that out of 6 recordings, I can only seem to transfer 3 from the camera to the computer. I have tried both wireless and direct connection and 3 of the recordings only say "this movie cannot be sent" or doesn't appear through direct connection. Could someone explain why this is happening at the very least, if not how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could always remove the memory card from the camera and use a card reader to copy the files to your computer using Windows File Explorer. That is how I transfer my photo files to my computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for providing us with your operating system. If you're using a more recent version of Microsoft Windows like Windows 10 or Windows 11, then let's test to see if you're able to download the other three video files to your computer by using our EOS Utility 3 software. You may click on the following link to visit the product support page for the EOS M50 Mark II camera where you can download the software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-m50-mark-ii" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-m50-mark-ii&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the software is installed, let's connect the camera to the computer with a USB cable. The EOS Utility software should automatically launch and allow for you to download pictures and videos from the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case the issue persists, then let's test to see if you're able to download the remaining three video files by using a memory card reader where you would remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into the card reader that is attached to the computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
