EOS Utility 3.16.1 Won't Open

I have a. 5d Mark 4 and. have never been able to get the wifi to work

I have downloaded the utiity six times. It will not open up .

MACBOOK air ventura soft ware

Anyone have similar issues ?

I have downloaded that version 4x

The screen stays grey and will not do anything when you click download photos or remote. camera operation

Your post said 3.16.1. Is your Mac an M1or M2 version. The software notes say it won’t connect via USB with Apple Silicon.

It is an Intel based computer .

I've ordered a new tether cord so will stick with that I guess.
