When sing my m50 DSLR and EOS 2.0... my feed FREEZES. Its really bad. I have upgraded and updated everything including firmware. I had to buy another camera so I could work. I could revert back to 1.0 (which i may do) but this is a short term fix...

CANON GODS… Please get this fixed for us!

Its not an OBS problem... it happends in Zoom too and other streaming platforms. BTW

What type of computer? Windows or Mac? Which OS are you running? Which chipset?

Windows 11

AMD Ryzen 5600G

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (brand new)

EOS 2.0 freezes after a few minutes of use on zoom. I then have to tap the shutter button on the camera to re activate it. A few minutes later it will freeze again.

if I use any other USB webcam (Elgato Facecam) it works flawlessly.
