The Asian Canon support sites have have posted software updates for Ventura.

John, A link would help. Will I get a complete EOS app? Or is this some sort of update to my current EOS utility, version 2.14.31?

The easiest place to find the most current versions of all of the software that is licensed for use in the United States is within your My Canon Account at https://canon.us/account
You may have to manually change the OS to macOS 12 if there haven't been any updates to the software since the newest OS was released (as is this case). The most current version I see as of right now is EOS Utility 3.15.20 for macOS
