Lens Data not available for EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM in Canon DPP4

DLO can't be applied to the photos taken by my 5D3 + EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM in DPP4 since the lens data is not available. However, the lens data is in Lens Data v1.11.0 and downloaded plus the images taken by the equipment mentioned above is recognized by the software. Images are full RAW files and there is no issue like this with the images taken by my other lenses. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot.

OS: Windows 10 Build 1909 (the latest)
DPP4.11.0.2 (the latest)

5D3 firmware ver 1.3.6 (the latest)

How old is the firmware in the 5D3? That lens is fairly new. I was wondering if the 5D3 firmware predates the release of the lens. Also, has the camera been updated with the lens data? Can the camera identify the lens?

This looks like a call to Canon is in order. It may not be available but they can tell you.
