Canon Camera Connect Won't Work After Update

After updation camera connect software version 3.0.1.19 is not working in my samsung m31 phone. Till today the older version was working properly. I have unistalled and re installed the app and rebooted my phone several times. But no solution.

Need more details. Which camera? What does “not working” mean? Any error messages?

My camera model is 1300d. When i'm opening the app in my phone, its closes automatically if i want do anything like import the images from camera or even register my camera. I've reinstalled it, but can't even register my camera the home screen is coming back.

Try deleting the current connection info in the camera and create a new one.
