image transfer difficulty from 5D MarkIV to mac pro monterey OS 12.6 version

Hi, i have a EOS 5D MarkIV and a new mac pro Monterey OS12.6 version. I had not used my camera in about 2 years and have to use it for work. I discovered that my images will not automatically transfer over to Photos on my laptop as it did with my previous laptop.
I have downloaded and installed the eos utility 3 software and tried multiple times turning on etc. as instructed after connecting with my laptop. the eos 3 icon will not offer me the download and transfer option.

You may need to run the software using Rosetta.
