Utility for Rebel XSi Windows 10??

I've got a Canon Rebel XSi that I want to use on a copy stand connected to newish HP laptop running Windows 10. I cannot find a Canon Utility for this combination. Is there a utility so I can control and photo remotely from the computer connected with USB cable to camera? thanks (separately, I use a Mac OS12.2.1 Monterey with a newer Canon EOS M50 MkII and Utility 2,14 that works fine)

If you install EOSU 3.15 from this site: Support | DSLR | EOS-1D X Mark III | Canon USA

the installer will install EOSU3 and EOSU2.

If you connect your camera EOSU2 should start. If not go into the Canon Utilities folder and manually start EOSU2.
