Hi there Sporty, is your camera registered on Canon? I believe you have to register it first with the serial number and then you will have access to all the software versions including Windows 10 and any firmware updates.

Hello,

Hello to everyone. New to forum and 2nd. post. I have a PowerShot SX30 IS that I am trying to hook up to my new Laptop running Windows 10 and no CD Rom. Formally set up on a Windows 7 laptop. I went to Canon and downloaded the only driver that was there, then ran it but I cannot find it on the computer. I tried again and it says it is already installed. I need Zoom Browser etc.

 Can anyone help?

Thanks
