      <title>EOS Utility 3 "already running"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Until two weeks ago everything worked fine: Canon EOS R and R5 connecting to my Macbook Pro (Big Sur) as soon as I connected a USB cable between the two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden that is no longer working and when I start EOS Utility 3 it says: "Canon EOS camera connection app is already running". I get this message even after a clean startup with no USB cable attached and Utility 3 not automatically starting...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried wireless - both "infrastructure" and "camera to laptop" and that is not working either....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All apps and OS are updated to the latest version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this problem as well, keeps saying eos camera connection app is already running. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. It works perfectly on my iMac, but not on my laptop. Would love any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
