Hi Nletstps,

Most operating systems have some sort of movie import function.

If you have a Windows XP or Windows Vista machine, you may use "Windows Movie Maker" to transfer your movies.

If you have a Windows 7 or Windows 8 computer, you'll need to retrieve "Windows Live Movie Maker" from Microsoft's download.live.com.

If you're using a Mac, iMovie will do the job for you.

I need the software that transfers the snapshots from the camcorder. I never mentioned needing to transfer movies. Did you actually read my question?

For still images, you may use ImageBrowser EX. So that I may provide the most accurate information, please reply with the operating system you're using.
