Where can I get a copy of the Canoscan 676U installation disk??

I have to do a complete system rebuild but during a hurricane a year ago I lost some of my CDs. Among the loss was the Canoscan N676U install disk. Where can I get a copy?

-Please note, you'll want to select the appropriate drop-down options from the drop down menus under "Drivers and Software" to obtain the Windows XP drivers.
