    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a registered Powershot ELPH 110HS, and have been trying unsuccessfully to access the Image Gateway website.&amp;nbsp; I sign into my account, click on the CIG icon, enter my user name and password, and then it tells me I'm unable to access the site - to check firewalls, network connections, etc. All of which are fine.&amp;nbsp; Canon suggested I update JAVA and Adobe Flash Player, which I've done to no avail. And I'm getting the same results whether using my home desktop or work laptop! Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jdenier,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access our site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds like an issue that you may be able to clear up with the Compatibility view, if you're using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the case, go to the site, then click on "Tools", then "Compatibility View Settings".&amp;nbsp; On the next screen, click on the "Add" button.&amp;nbsp; Click "OK", then refresh your browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
