      <description>&lt;P&gt;What OS? And is it fully up-to-date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you have to accept error messages at face value. It's telling you that it thinks there's something wrong with the installation of Silverlight in your OS. Since it followed an upgrade to an application, the supposition would be that the application&amp;nbsp; (Image Browser) now&amp;nbsp;needs a more recent version of Silverlight than the one you have on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
