topic ImageBrowser EX in Camera Software

ImageBrowser EX

I bought canon powershot sx500 IS from ebay and it came without a CD. I downloaded driver and manual from internet but there is i think also ImageBrowser EX on CD. Can I download this too from internet and what can this software do, I mean do i really need to download ImageBrowser EX? thanks

LOL! I could never figure out how ImageBrowserEX was supposed to be an improvement over ZoomBrowser. ZB always worked pretty well for me. But from day one ImageBrowserEX always seemed sluggish, klunky, wasn't intuitive, looked kind of ugly and seemed to have an awfully steep learning curve for a photo browser. Maybe I'll try it again if I see they've done an overhaul on it, but I ended up uninstalling it for the time being.
