B&H Photo has a used department where as of this writing, there are four 7D Mark II bodies (some with lenses) available with ratings between 8 (well used) and 9 (minor scuffs and surface marks). Prices range from $630 to $1,050

You can find empty boxes selling on eBay occasionally.

I found one for 7D Mark II selling there right now, but the price + shipping is utterly ridiculous!
