Hello, Cantrell!

You can get one at B&H, just be aware that the longer the cable, the slower the data transfer will be. I use the 3 footers that came with my R5's and R6's for remote shooting or the occasional download, my main laptop has all USB C, but I have several with type A and many cameras that don't use type A. I also use a 6 footer when doing macro where it's awkward to get my laptop close to my subject.

This is the Belkin USB C to USB A at B&H with length options.

I use Belkin, Anker, and BlueRigger. I haven't tried the BlueRigger USB cables, but their HDMI cables are top notch and all of my HDMI cables (many) are made by them. Don't discount buying from Amazon, just make sure the cable is shipped by Amazon and sold by the cable manufacturer, like Belkin. Don't buy from "Joe's Discount Cables", LOL!

You are welcome!

The laptop I mainly use for photography and graphics, is a Dell XPS 17 which is all USB C. I use an external USB C HDR monitor, when editing, so I can take advantage of the HDR PQ feature of the cameras when I use that format. The laptop has a 2TB NVMe SSD and I store a few years of images on it, but I also have two 4TB external drives that I keep everything on as backup. The externals I use are the 4TB Sandisk Extreme Pro units. They are quite small and on my laptop with USB Thunderbolt ports they are very fast, fast enough to work from. They come with a USB C to A adapter, but things slow down a bit when the drives are adapted to type A, but they are still fast.
