topic Can the DJI RS 3 Pro control the zoom on Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z Lens? in Camera Accessories

I bought this lens because it was bright and 200mm. I go to music festivals and photograph musicians up on stage. I was using Canon's EF 200mm f/2.0 which is huge and weighs a ton. For the cost of one stop (f/2.0 to f/2.8) I get a zoom and much less gross tonnage.

But then I read some reviews of the lens and they mostly talked about the power zoom -- a feature that I hadn't paid much attention to. And the reviews also talked about various controls that can be added. But my question is a bit different. I'm considering mounting the lens with a R5 Mark 2 on a DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal and use the tracking features of the gimbal to follow aircraft. I have most of all that already and thought it would be an interesting experiment. I also have an R5C if that would work better for this.

To add icing on the cake, it would be wonderful if I could control the zoom via the gimbal. Alternatively, perhaps I can control the zoom via bluetooth using my phone? I will likely mount the gimbal on a tripod but I'm not 100% how all this will work out.

If it can be done, please explain what I would need to get it all working.
