Key For A Canon 300 Lens Case

Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement key for a Canon 300 lens case?

I recently purchased a used Canon L glass 300mm 2.8 EF lens, the owner gave me the case it can be stored in however it is locked and the owner cannot find the key. I could drill the lock but would prefer a key versus buggering up the locking handle.

The numeral 840 is cast into the lock if that helps.
