I am trying to register my Power Zoom Adapter PZ-E2 but it does not show up no mater how I type in the search in the register page. Please help, thank you.

I confirmed this device is not in the product database by itself. Did you order this with a lens as a "kit"?

Please contact Canon Support 1(800) 652-2666. They can get it added or assist you with registration.

Hello simoncfyu,

This item is technically considered an accessory and these types of things are not included in the list of products to register unfortunately. The item doesn't have a serial number, so you wouldn't be able to register it anyway without one. I would highly suggest holding on to the receipt for your Canon Power Zoom Adapter PZ-E2 in case any issues arise.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for the replies. The Power Zoom Adapter does came with a card with a serial number on it.

I am curious why an accessory that cost $999USD is not being able to be registered online for the warranty.
