    <description>&lt;P&gt;Up until recently, I’m having the following issues with my EOS R after I plug in my ShutterBoss II&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It automatically taking pictures once plugged in&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Menu, info buttons won’t work nor can I change the shooting mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting steps taken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reset the ShutterBoss and installed new batteries&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plugged it in and then turned camera on&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plugged it in with camera on&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Confirmed camera settings aren’t affecting it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This just started happening a few months ago and I haven’t seen a lot on this issue and the only piece of information I saw was that either the ShutterBoss is defective now or there could be an issue with the my EOS R body. I’ve ordered a new ShutterBoss to test and I’m hoping it’s that but if not, I fear it could be the body.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, what were some steps you took to correct it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
