I know nothing about the nature of your work. So I cannot offer any suggestions. In fact, I could not offer any suggestions even if said you are videographer for a church, live streaming Services.

What equipment do you already have? The number one question is how much is your budget for now and in the future.

Hey, I’m just getting started with video more and want to grow it within my business. As the R6 Mark ii being the best video camera in my kit, what would be some good accessories to invest in? Brands along with the accessory would be amazing!

Thanks in advance!!

I’ve mostly been shooting weddings, events, and trying to venture into my own short films. I was originally only photography but now I’m looking to do more video because of the demand in my area for it.

My budget at the moment $1,500. As I grow of course I would love to invest more.

The only equipment I use for video currently is:

RF 14-35 f/4

RF 24-70 2.8

Sirui Cine Lens Kit.

Polar Pro VND Filters

Audio is a big component of videos, some say that sound is more than 50% of the impact of a movie. IF you need to capture audio, then a quality mic suited to the audio you capture is a good investment. Ideally you want to be able to position the mic as close to the sound source as possible. That might mean a wireless mic system or something else. A shotgun type mic that sits on the camera is a much better way to capture audio from in front of the camera and favoured by a lot of bloggers.

Top quality products from Rode are worth looking at.
