EOS Rebel SL3 Hum in audio from MOVO 2.4GHZ Wireless Microphone

Hello, I have a EOS Kiss X10 Rebel SL3 200D II and MOVO 2.4GHZ Wireless Microphone System, when I record I hear a humming sound. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Do you have anything else connected to the camera?

Does it happen when you use the built in mic?

Is your external mic stereo? I believe the mic jack is for stereo mics.

What do the audio level meters say?

thank you for responding! I only have this connected to the camera. the audio levels seems standard not higher than 12, I notice there is no humming when I don't use the mic

Did you turn off the camera's Wifi as the little box says?

i did, didn't make a difference. i noticed there is a little picture of a microphone that says off on the screen. but i don't know how to turn the microphone on, already checked the camera's digial manual

That icon is saying the wind filter is off, not the microphone.
