      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can. &amp;nbsp;Page 36 of the &lt;A href="https://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/4/0300022454/03/eos80d-im3-en.pdf" target="_self"&gt;User Manual&lt;/A&gt; states "Load a fully-charged Battery Pack LP-E6N (or LP-E6) into the camera."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In general, the LP-E6 series batteries are both forwards and backwards compatible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
