    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try putting the camera into AVCHD mode first. On the G30 (which has a similar setup) the camera isn't recognized properly by the computer&amp;nbsp;when it is in MP4 mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Vixia HF R400 Connection Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Vixia HF R400 will not connect to my computer. &amp;nbsp;I am running Windows Vista SP2. &amp;nbsp;My computer has 4 USB ports and I have tried connecting to all of them. &amp;nbsp;The camera does not show up on the device manager or computer when connected. &amp;nbsp;Other USB devices connect just fine to this computer. &amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
