Specifically the HF S20 if anyone has the files. I have contacted support via email and phone and was told I couldn't be given the files. I was told to come on here and ask around to see if anyone can help. I need the camera's I have to be able to use larger SD cards for recording. I am attaching the sceenshots I have of the files that are needed.
