      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Vixia HF S30 Camcorder and try to export the video through Pixela Transfer utility in a Windows 11 Pro Desktop. I got this message “Failed in acquiring the reading Information”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more information is needed, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sarath&lt;/P&gt;</description>
